  I feel our new property manager (Tom) is a joke. Apparently he has worked here before and have heard multiple reasons why women would not want him working here again yet here we are. We will not be renewing our lease due to him and him alone. I'm not the only one in our community that feel this way. And to the fact that not one of the complaints that have been emailed to Kittle and Herman property's have been acknowledged shows lack of concern even through hire management. The guy is rude and very awkward with women. I could go on yet have already wasted enough time complaining with no response as well as to the harassment I've received from him since!! I will seek legal advise from here on out utilizing my tenant rights and the lease agreement I have signed. Sorry for the poor review yet something should be done!!

  My feature sister in law and her kids live their. They are being evicted because my brother was paying rent and he's a convicted felon that's almost 10 years old. I just called I have a felony that is almost 5 years old. Tom answered he said come see me in February I can help u out. My sister in laws mom was just told by tom that if she went their to help move or get the kids she would be trespasses. They discrimate against people. Her A.C. was broke during the summer and it leaked their carpet is ruined he didnt fix anything. This is bullcrap. This place is a joke.
